Our first Grade 9 class begins September 2024

Omololu International School proudly announces the addition of Grade 9 (the equivalent of Form 3) to our high school programme, ushering in a new era of education excellence for Anguilla

This initiative aims to provide students with unparalleled opportunities for holistic development within the esteemed International Baccalaureate framework.

Designed to nurture critical thinking and global citizenship, the newly introduced Grade 9 programme at Omololu International School represents a commitment to fostering well-rounded individuals poised for success in an increasingly interconnected world.

Key features of the high school programme include:

Comprehensive CSEC Fusion Curriculum: Students will engage with an academic curriculum endorsed by the Caribbean Examinations Council, encompassing a diverse range of subjects and promoting inquiry-based learning.

Interdisciplinary Approach: What sets Omololu apart is that we will continue to exemplify the same emphasis on the interconnectedness of knowledge for which we have always been known. Our secondary programme encourages students to explore interdisciplinary connections, fostering a deeper understanding of complex global issues.

Global Perspective: Through an emphasis on international-mindedness, students will develop an appreciation for diverse cultures, languages, and perspectives, preparing them to become compassionate, informed global citizens.

Experiential Learning: Enhancing their educational experience and fostering personal growth, students will have access to experiential learning opportunities, including service projects and internships making the world their classroom, in keeping with the Omololu International School motto.

Individualized Support: The programme offers personalized support and guidance, empowering each student to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. The staggered final examination schedule offered will allow children to complete their high school requirements in a paced roll out so as to take the mental stressors of examinations into consideration.
