The 5th grade students had an engaging hands on experience in science class on Thursday, conducting a food test for starch, protein, sugar, and fat by administering various solutions (iodine, Benedict’s, biuret) and observing color changes. Many thanks to Dr Indira Singh for leading the class through the experiment!
