Omololu has partially constructed an expanded facility, which it moved into in January 2010. The facility is located just outside the Valley, set back several hundred yards from the Farrington Road. This location is convenient for parents who already travel to/from the town during the week, while still providing a safe recreation space for children.
The design of the school is inspired by the concept of a small village, providing a welcoming community type atmosphere with both communal and separate learning spaces and experience spaces. The Site plan for the school includes ten (10) structures, of which four have been constructed sop far. Seven (7) of the structures will each hold two (2) regular classrooms for a total of fourteen (14) classrooms. One Administration building will hold offices, computer lab and maintenance facilities. An arts and recreation center will house arts & crafts and music facilities. An assembly building will hold a common meeting area and larger flexible areas.
